Buyer/undersigned holds harmless and is not entitled to recover from the above company for consequential or incidental damages, damage due to improper use misuse, overloading, or improper application of any items fabricated or sold. No design work is done by this company. All designs are done per the customer's designs/drawings. Parts disclaimer of warranties: the only warranties applying to part(s) are those that may be offered by the manufacturer. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this bill.
